Reference Driving School - Terms and conditions

In the event the pre-paid deals are not completed before you pass the practical test with us, any used driver training lessons/times will be re-calculated at the normal lesson rate and the remaining  credit will be refunded accordingly.

LESSON CANCELLED AT SHORT NOTICE OR MISSED FOR WHATEVER REASON(48 HOURS BEFORE LESSON START TIME) WILL REQUIRE PAYMENT IN FULL.

1. It is learner's responsibility to check times and dates for lessons.

2. It is always learner's  responsivity to be in fit state of driving the car physically and medically, i.e. any medications and its effects, injuries, NO alcohol or drugs.

3. Practical Test: Hiring the driving school car for use during  the practical driving test will be charged at the normal lesson rate (If training times completed minimum of 10 hours).

4. Your driving instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of the driving school car for the practical test if in their opinion, the chances of passing the test are unrealistic.

5. Practical test cancellation: in the event of the driving school car being unavailable on the day of test for the reasons of illness to your driving instructor or for reasons of the mechanical failure, the test fees will be refunded in full.

6. In the event of the practical driving test being cancelled by the DVSA, it is a normal practice for the test to be refunded by them, however lessons/times booked on the day will be subject to the 48 hours late notice cancellation and will require full payment. (some of these fees can be claimed from the DVSA).

7. Complaint Procedure:  Should you have any  complaint, please inform the driving school/Instructor and will endeavour to address the situation. 

8. Bad Weather: In the event of extreme weather, lessons will be cancelled for the safety of both- instructor and pupil. No fees will be incurred.

9. In the event of the late arrival of the instructor, the training duration will be adjusted acordingly to complete the time booked.
